Charitable Planning
Structure lifetime giving or gifts
What is Charitable Planning?
Many of our clients have made giving a meaningful part of their life. These clients recognize that charitable giving—whether to their church, their college or university or some other cause that is important to them—should be done thoughtfully and in the most tax-efficient manner.
There are a variety of solution that allow individuals and families to structure their lifetime giving as well as their gifts at death to be designed in a way that maximizes the benefit to their families as well as the causes that are important to them.
On occasion, some of our clients have come to see family philanthropy as a way to further instill values in the lives of younger generation family members who may have become disconnected with the source of their wealth.
